You have the venue and a few vendors booked. From about 6 months out we fill the gaps, refine the design, and pull every piece into one plan.
You keep the bookings you love and we handle the rest, then run the wedding day.

You planned it. We run it.
You did the work of booking and designing. We take over 6 weeks before the date to review every detail, build the master timeline, confirm all vendors, run the rehearsal, and manage the wedding day from setup to load-out.
Your on-site team of 2 to 4 handles the schedule, the vendors, and the small fixes, so you and your family can be present.

Common questions
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book full planning 12 to 18 months out and day-of coordination 6 to 9 months out. We take a limited number of weddings per date, so earlier is better for popular months.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. We plan and run weddings across the US and overseas. Travel and lodging for our team are quoted separately in the destination package.
Can you work with vendors we already booked?
Yes. Partial planning and day-of coordination are built around the vendors you have chosen. We coordinate contracts, timelines, and payments with your team.
How many weddings do you take each weekend?
One. Each wedding gets a lead planner and an on-site team for the full day, with no overlap.
